Why These Devotionals Exist

Worship isn’t just something we do — it’s a response to who God is.

These devotional reflections were born out of my desire to help believers, especially students and young worship leaders, see the truth of Scripture shining through the songs we sing each week.

Each devotional takes a single worship song and gently exposits its lyrics in light of God’s Word. The goal is simple: to deepen our understanding of grace, truth, and the gospel — and to stir our hearts toward true worship.

Every reflection includes a downloadable handout designed for youth and worship ministries, so students can write their own thoughts, prayers, or Scripture responses as they listen.
